Delivery

Standard delivery to UK is £3.20 (UK Mainland only)

Free shipping on orders over £60 (UK Mainland only)

All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri using a 48 hour Tracked service as standard.

Orders will be picked and packed the same or next day and will be collected the following day.

It will then take 2 days to get to you with the 48 hour tracked service.

You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been fulfilled and be able to track your item once it's in the posties hands.

All orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted on the Monday and will be with you by the Wednesday.

Currently we do not offer international shipping or to NI, however this is something we are looking at in the future. However if there is something you simply cant resist, please let me know and we can look into sending this to you.

Please check your junk mail for any order and delivery details, they sometimes like to sneak in there.

Returns

I hope you are elated with your order, although sometimes things aren't quite right, and you would like an exchange or refund. If this is what you are looking for, please send an email to hello@bimblehomedecor.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include what you are returning, a picture of the damage and the reason and I'll be happy to refund you.

On the disappointing occasion that an order arrives damaged or faulty you will need to contact me within 48 hours of the receipt of the item. I will provide a full refund and include the postage costs for any damaged or faulty item. Please know, every order placed has been carefully checked and packed by hand. 

If you have had a change of mind on your item, you will have to cover the cost of the return. We do not provide free returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. If the unwanted item is returned to us damaged, we will be unable to process the return.

Sending items back to us using a tracked service is encouraged as we cannot be held accountable if the item gets lost. 

Please ensure all items are sent back in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging. This is so it doesn’t get damaged in transit. The item must also be unused.

A refund will be issued 24-48 hours of us receiving the goods if return is accepted.

Please contact us and we will supply you with the returns address for you to send back to us.
